• Drying Instructions:
1. Please place the jacket into a dryer on a very low heat
2. Place into the dryer also a Tumble dry ball or a tennis ball
3. Check the progress every 10 minutes, the jacket normally takes around 20 minutes at a low heat
4. The jackets/gilet does state do not tumble dry but it will be fine set on the lowest heat

CHRISTMAS RETURNS POLICY

Full price items purchased between Friday 11th November to Sunday 11th December will have an extended returns date for exchanges or refunds until Sunday 8th January 2023. Any items bought after the 11th December will fall into the standard returns policy of 30 days. Our sale items policy will remain the same.

All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail tracked services.
At busy periods it may take a little longer for your delivery to arrive.
Saturdays, Sundays and all bank holidays are classed as non-working days.
Our products are shipped from the UK and sold on an unpaid Delivery Duty basis.

With this in mind, please be aware that you, or the recipient, may have to pay ‘Import Duty’ or a ‘Formal Customs Entry Fee’ upon, or prior to, delivery.
